How does it work?
Ticket Exchange is a safe digital platform that allows you to buy and sell e-tickets for events (concerts, parties, festivals, exhibitions...) in an ethical, simple, secure, economical and transparent manner. Sellers are sure to receive payment of the tickets sold and buyers are sure to be able to download the ticket as soon as the payment has been made.

Selling tickets is free of charge.
A service cost will be applied once the tickets are sold. Service cost is 5% of the ticket price (incl. VAT) and is essential to cover all the site’s maintenance expenses together with advertisements’ expenses to allow the selling of the tickets to be done in the shortest possible time.
Ticket Exchange is ethical, to avoid speculations, scalping and to protect fans in the search of tickets, the established maximum price is of 130%, which is a 30% surplus on the actual price (commissions included). For example, if the price of the ticket is 50 euros, the ticket can be sold at 65 euros.

All tickets are automatically and manually checked before being posted for sale.
Logging in through Facebook is an extra protection by showing the user’s profile together with the number of friends as well as the number of tickets sold. You can check who the seller is.
After the event, the buyer will receive an email with a link to leave a feedback on the seller. If the seller receives three negative feedbacks for not valid tickets, his account will be deleted.
We are making deals with other event planners to annul sold tickets and generate new ones. This will guarantee access 100%.
Sellers – how can I sell a ticket?
1 - Event
Look for the event you would like to sell the tickets for using the search bar; once found, click on the event and then on the section “I WANT TO SELL A TICKET”. Select the type of ticket in the section “What type of ticket do you want to sell?” ( ex. Regular, daily, weekend, vip ect.)
2 - Files
Upload the ticket to be sold, then click on the button “SET PRICE” to go to the next step. If the ticket does not pass the check, it will automatically be checked out by an administrator before being posted. If any problems occur, the advert will be cancelled and the seller will be contacted via mail.
3 – Listing
Decide the price of the ticket. Remember that Ticket Exchange is ethical and you cannot charge over 130%, if you insert a higher price, you will be blocked or asked to modify it to go ahead with the creation of the advert. For help in choosing the price, on the left-hand side you can see the original price of the ticket (commission included) and the maximum selling price.
4 - Personal info
Insert your personal details and bank details for payment. This section will be filled in only when you register for the first time; data will automatically be saved.
5 – Confirmation
Here, you can find the report of your advert, name of the event, type of ticket, price and bank details. Once confirmed, your advert will be published on the page of the event. You can visualize it, modify it, share it on Facebook or cancel the advert from the section “MY LISTING”.
6 – Sales and payment
Once your ticket is sold, you will receive a mail to confirm the sale and the money will be accredited on your bank account a few working days after the event takes place. This makes sure that the ticket has worked properly.
Buyer – how to buy a ticket?
1 – Event
Look for the event you would like to buy the tickets for using the search bar; once found, click on the event and then select the type of ticket you would like to buy.
2 – Purchase ticket
Check the info regarding the seller (number of friends on Facebook and number of tickets sold); the price including 5% commission and select the number of tickets you would like to buy.
3 - Personal info and payment
Insert your personal info and invoice details, then proceed with payment. The details will be automatically saved for future purchases.
5 – Confirmation
Once payment has been made the ticket will be immediately available to be downloaded from the section “MY PURCHASES”. You will receive a mail confirming the purchase.
